United StatesGreat location for Northern Lights viewing, away from the city. Comfortable stay with everything needed. Shared kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Common Areas with seating was spacious and comfortable. Included breakfast was great with standard options; breads, jams, meats, cheese, vegetables, yogurts, cold cereals, fruits, coffee, milk and juices. Easy check in/out process.

We stayed in The Castle Guesthouse's "Double or Twin Room with Shared Bathroom" for just one night as it was one of the stops on our round trip. Despite the short stay, we enjoyed every second of it. The room (with sea views!), showers, and kitchenette were all neat and clean. The host, Skjöldur, was very friendly and helpful. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing (one of the few opportunities you'll have to eat vegetables in Iceland, take it).
