United KingdomWe loved the house: fully equipped kitchen and a lovely living area furnished with taste and care! The hosts came in the morning and prepared/stayed for breakfast, so we had a nice talk around Iceland and life on the farm.

It was great to be able to use the well-equipped kitchen to cook dinner and there was plenty of space in the beautiful living room to eat and relax in the evening, with stunning views over the valley below. The guesthouse and rooms are absolutely stunning - feels like a traditional B&B, and you can see family and local history throughout the house too. The location is quiet and peaceful, but still only 10-15min drive to shops, supermarkets, etc. Since it was the off-season, there were no other guests during my stay, so I had the entire guesthouse to myself.
