United StatesThe outside can be deceiving because the inside is beautiful. Beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, shared huge and modern bathrooms but enough bathrooms for the number of rooms that no one used the one across the hall from us. The floor was even heated. The owner does not provide breakfast but there is a restaurant very near his place. The restaurant was expensive even for Iceland. There is a large modern kitchen for the guests to use. There was sugar and tea.

The kitchen is very well equiped pus there are two dinning areas, so lots of space. The lounge is cosy with new sofas. Washer and dryer, both high end. 5 rooms, 2 shared bathrooms and a seperate toilet downstairs. We highly recommend this guest house, one of the best.
