We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens. Stayed here for our last night in Iceland to be closer to KEF. Room was basic but very clean, modern, and comfortable. Communal kitchen was a wonderful amenity of motel. Plates, eating utensils, full size fridge, microwave, air fryer. Very convenient for our family.
Just 5 minutes’ drive from Keflavik International Airport, this guest house is a 2-minute walk from the main street, Hafnargata. WiFi and on-site private parking are free for guests.

Very well located, close to the airport and in the city's downtown, nice and quiet area. The bedroom and bathroom are sparking clean. The bed is HUGE and super comfy. Very well decorated room. The host is very polite and provided clear instructions and recommendations. As a bonus, we could see the Aurora from the backyard :)

fantastic. from the customer service. to the best clean house. 👌 very quiet. close to shops. took a taxi from airport cos 6000kr. Great all round. there are 5 of us. and it's more then enough. they house is very well equipped. and shop 24 hour is less then 2 mins walk.

Beautiful cottage in a quiet costal town 5 miles from the airport. Set up well enough that no contact with staff was needed, the crib I requested was in the bedroom.
I was only there for one night but I think this would be a great option for someone staying in Iceland longer. The deck was very nice for a place to relax.

We spent two nights in this small hotel. It's an amazing place on a spit, where nature is all around you: in the mornings, we were woken up by birdsong, and in the evenings, we watched the sunset in complete silence.
The room, although small, was very cozy — it felt just like home. Clean, peaceful, and warm. You can tell the owners have put their heart into this place.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The host is a super friendly person. There are two hot tubs available and there’s not so many rooms in that motel so they never get crowded, actually we were alone there all the time. There’s a free parking right in front of the property.
The host Richard was absolutely lovely. He welcomed us as soon as we arrived and spent lots of time showing us around and giving us tips for travelling around Iceland. The room was clean and well-equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the heating worked very well. The kitchen nearby has everything you could need to cook an elaborate meal for yourself and a washing machine too. The location is perfect if you have a flight which arrives in the evening, as it’s super close to the airport.
The house was absolutely beautiful and in a lovely street right next to the ocean. Very close to the airport and only around half an hour drive to Reykjavik. The host was amazing, very friendly and always got back to any messages very quick.
Very happy to find a place to stay after our flight was canceled. A nice bonus that the owner was very friendly and the room was warm. comfortable and quiet.
Great location, perfect for exploring and really peaceful. It is a really spacious house. The beds were extremely cosy and comfortable. It was great to have a properly equipped kitchen and the host gave us lots of information about places to visit and the local supermarkets.
The property was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. There was also a sea view. The area was extremely quiet for sleeping but also close to the airport and Blue Lagoon. Great TV selection and good wifi. Easy to communicate with hosts.
Great location, not far from the airport which was convenient for us as we were flying back the following day. Fantastic kitchen facilities and the room had a great bathroom, as well as a kettle. Lovely host even gave us some cold/flu tablets.
