Excellent place, I'd highly recommend it. Easy to get to, (I was initially concerned I'd be too far from central Rome) 4 train stops and you're on the underground. The place was 3 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurants, and 15 mins from the train station and Acilia town. The apartment itself was safe, clean, quiet, and had a decent sized room, 2 bathrooms, a well- equipped kitchen, shared lounge, and nice patio. Hosts communicated very well, and there's even a very considerate snack box on arrival. The price charged is very reasonable. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay with Ricardo and Perla. The rooftop apartment had a comfortable bed and beautiful views. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and quite generous – Ricardo makes amazing toasties! It’s a great spot to combine visits to both Rome and the seaside; you can reach Rome by train in just 30 to 45 minutes. There’s also a cozy restaurant right below the apartment with delicious food and fair prices. All in all, a really lovely stay!

The building had an elevator and we were able to park for free on the street. There was semi-self check in as the owner has to buzz you in the front door. The toiletries provided were lovely. They did offer in room snacks and had a kitchen with coffee facilities but there was no milk available in the fridge.

Localisation of the place is absolutely amazing, both in terms of beach access as well as communication with Rome. Really great place to visit Rome and Ostia Antica as commuting is super easy. Nearby there is a great beach, public one, with bar and all required facilities. Host is super friendly and helpful, don't hesitate to ask her a questions as you'll get the best recommendations.
