Excellent location near Etnaland. Many supermarkets and a big mall nearby. Amenities didn't lack anything! Owner was always helpful. We could see the eruption of Etna by our window at night!

The communication was a very good prior to checking in and during the check in. The room itself is very clean and nice, and the common area is also very clean and has everything you would need if you were to cook. There is a share of refrigerator that everyone gets a shelf. I believe you are sharing the common areas with four rooms total. Giuseppe was extremely helpful had a check in and then dropped us off in town at a restaurant that he knew was open for our arrival which was extremely kind 

Etna luxury room-house in Ragalna provides accommodations with a garden and barbecue facilities. Guests are welcome to go for a swim in the private pool.
