La Perla is a hidden Gem nestled in a side street of Amantea. The proprietors Tonino and Simone are attentive, courteous and are always available if you have a question or concern. The building is clean and bright and well taken care of. The morning breakfasts and Cappuccinos are definitely top notch and are made with attention to detail and taste. The rooms are airy and comfortable and the large back deck was our favourite place to sit and have a glass of wine at the end of our day. La Perla,is located right behind a Supermarket and a 5 minute walk to Via Margherita, where shops and restaurants are located and 5 minutes to the beach going the other way.If you book your next vacation stay at La Perla in Amantea,Calabria.I promise you, you will not be disappointed!

The panoramic view of the city from dawn to dusk was fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen was very convenient. This location was convenient to visit our family located east of Amantea and close enough to drive north to Arco Magno (San Nicola Arcella) - a favorite beach.

Senora Patricia was very helpful and friendly and baked her own cakes for the very good breakfast buffet which was also full of fruit, meats, cheeses, yogurt, and bread.
