We really enjoyed our stay here. Elegant and authentic old world Italian charm, in the centre of a stunning medieval village. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The shops and restaurants are within minutes’ walk. It would make a great base to explore the area. The host is fantastic; communication was excellent, checking in and out very easy. I would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend it.

Fantastically situated! Right in the middle of beautiful San Gemini. Emilia and Allesandro gave perfect information and instructions about driving begore we got there. Unbelievably serviceminded. Thanks to them we had an unforgetable meal in San Gemini - at one of the redtsurants they recommended. They went out of thrir way to make syre we made the most of our two days in Sam Gemini. We hope to be back soon🙏🏼
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
We had an amazing trip to Amelia and the property was picturesque and perfect for our stay. Patricia and her husband were fantastic hosts and so warm and welcoming. The town was charming and very friendly.
Located in the old city centre in a quiet road without cars going through, restaurants/café/shops close by. Nice little terrace though in winter it was too cold to sit outside. Electric heating gets rooms sufficiently warm. Very friendly and responsive owner.
Exactly what we expected from an agritourismo. Quiet, out of the city center and nice to relax. Extremely friendly host. Few and general location was amazing
Clean, hosts very kind, quiet. It has its own parking and outdoor swimming pool. Facility is an ex-monastery, which gives a special note to the stay here.
Patrizia ist a great host. She was very friendly and explained everything to me. This is a very beautiful Villa full of the good spirit of art and culture. If you wanna have an excellent dinner, ask for Locanda, at the end of the road. I can highly recommend this place!
