Beautiful location, well maintained, very friendly staff! The dinner meals were delicious, good wine and breakfast offered a large variety fresh fruits, pastries, meats and cheeses. Our room was super clean and comfortably decorated.

The hotel is beautiful, breakfast is AMAZING and the staff is super friendly. Alessia and Gabriele helped us out so much, giving us restaurant tips, receiving multiple packages I had sent to the hotel and much more. The hotel has an amazing 1 Michelin star restaurant (Il Centro) that is definitely worth the visit.

The host is very flexible (I arrived much later than I had planned). It is important to me to have a firm bed for my back in order to sleep well and the bed I slept in was firm. The room was a good value: it had all I needed and, in addition, the unexpected surprise of a tiny refrigerator which held bottles of water, juices, and snack cakes for me. There is a Nespresso type machine in the hallway. The decor is eclectic and quirky but cute and fun. There are pizza places and cafes conveniently right on the street below. The parking is street parking, but I didn't find that to be a problem. Even having to pay for street parking from 8am to 7pm was not a problem since I discovered the EasyPark app. If you planned to leave before 8am and are running late you can just use the app to pay for parking without even leaving your room (as long as you have the zone code which is posted in the street, but which also came up on the app since it uses location services.

Lots of living space in the apartment and very well designed to maximize light and energy. It was in a great location for biking, hiking, wine touring and seeing the old town of Guarene. This is one of the quietest places I have ever slept! I loved the outdoor patio overlooking the countryside.

Warm welcome and a quiet, clean room were the highlights. The location is in the center of town with multiple cafes and shops within steps. Will certainly stay here again.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
