Alexandra is a lovely person and very good at communication and keeping in touch when necessary. The room looked exactly like the photo on the website. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower of a good size, excellent shower with plenty of space. Coffee machine, fridge and other bits included and there is use of a kettle/microwave. Toiletries provided. Very close to the start of the wall so easy access to the old city and around a 10-15 minute walk from station either through the old city or around the outside along a main road. The room was perfectly adequate and comparable to staying in a hotel and in fact, the shower is bigger than some hotels.

Uncommonly well renovated flat in a solid old building. Just walking up the broad stairs is a historical act. Inside all is new, with great attention to architectural details, natural materials, etc. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave and breakfast /snack supplies were waiting for me. Two AC units. I counted at least 12 power outlets distributed around the rooms. Nice view from the bedroom window. Owner responded to messages quickly.

Communication with the reception is very good. The apartments are located at the main square, close to railway station. It has everything needs: kitchen with all the staff for cooking, heating. The bedroom and bathroom were perfectly clean.

Gabby was exceptional in communicating with us before and during our stay. Location was good being close to the train station and the City Centre facilities. Room and bathroom were of good size.

Good-sized room in small square near the cathedral, with shops/bars/etc nearby. Clean and comfortable with good wifi. The owner wasn't around when I arrived, but sent me the key code beforehand, so easy access (I met the owner briefly in the morning).
