Very clean, cosy room, not so big but with all necessary confort. It has a balcony and it is situated just next to one entrance in old city. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is updated and very clean. The host is very nice and helpful with information. Coffe machine and still water in the room, very important for someone who needs coffee first thing in the morning.

we liked the location because it was close to the center. only walking distance, for those who are used to walking. the house is spacious, clean. self check in here. the owner gave instructions, and it was very easy. it's quiet around and looks safe, there are many food shops around. The kitchen is complete although we did not really cook, because we only stayed for 2 nights. We really recommend this apartment. & we will surely come back. Thank you!

This is a great country manor house and the host, Fabio, was awesome. Very friendly and willing to help- he made dinner reservations for us while we were there. The location is great if you have a car so you can drive to Arezzo. The house is beautiful and quiet. I would highly recommend this place when you're in the area. Great value and the room and bathroom were very clean. We would stay there again when in Arezzo.

We enjoyed everything about this place. The check-in at 8pm was so easy thanks to Paolo who was in touch with us the moment we booked. The property has a fabulous location, is extremely safe and secure. The room was so clean and had everything we needed. There was a communal kitchen/sitting area shared by another room. Also very clean. After check-out Paolo let us keep our bags in the very safe communal area as we still had the pin code to enter. Lovely stay!
