Says 3 beds but only had 2 beds. Pictures are not of the actual room you get……Bathroom is very dark. Also they charged cleaning fee 2 times I told them it says on booking.com it was paid but they said it was not and charged a second cleaning fee

    Tomasso was a wonderful host and the B&B on the outskirts of Florence was perfect for us. It was a lovely quiet location outside the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were spacious and with beautiful views of the surrounding villages. Tomaso made us feel instantly welcome, greeting us on arrival and recommending places to eat and even the best places to park when we were driving into the city. Would have no hesitation staying there again.

    Everything! 😀The villa is on the beautifull hill 10 min from the city center by car so you are near but if you want quet escape from crowd this is the place for you.Villa is perfect and rooms are very clean.The host is always happy and ready to assist you in anyting that you need. We will definitly come back 🥰🥰🥰

    Tommaso is an very nice host who really tries to ensure a pleasant stay. Also he prepares a great breakfast with local product. He recommended several places worth visiting and restaurants that prepare local food, specific to the cities we visited. Excellent accommodation, clean, quiet and beautifull environment.

    Tommaso is the best host ever!!! He is beyond nice and thoughtful, and takes care about everything. He suggested great and cheap parking spaces in the city, took care of special needs. And he always did it with a huge smile on his face! :)

    Amazing location in the countryside, so quiet and peaceful. We stayed in the 24 mixed dorm which has two bed private cubes, perfect for traveling in pairs. Building was beautiful and hosts were awesome. Bus 23 takes you from the city centre towards Bagno A Ripoli. Then a 15 minute walk up a hill to a peaceful stay.
