I had a fantastic stay! The host was absolutely amazing—super friendly, helpful, and always available if needed anything. The place itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. Everything was even better than expected, and I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasure of staying at Sibolla Holidays estate, and it was unforgettable experience. Nested at the Sibolla Lake in Altopascio this accomodation offers a serene and picturesque setting that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surrounding olive grove and proximity to nature make it a tranquil retreat. Location is perfect as a start point for nearby cities like, Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre, Siena, San Gimignano and Firenze.
Owners are very friendly and attentive making sure all our needs were met. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. The accommodation was spotless, and the attention to detail was evident.
For the price Sibolla Holidays offers exceptional value, and makes it a top choice for anyone looking to explore Tuscany.

Beautiful property, fabulous gardens and pool and the nicest host you could meet. Very quiet location, I slept like a baby. Claudia, the host, was very welcoming and friendly, really making us feel at home. It was more like a shared villa than a b&b, which made it exceptional value for money. There was no one else staying so we had the place to ourselves. Bed was comfortable, and the spa bath was a lovely touch.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The villa is huge with a lovely garden. It is quiet, overlooking Villa Bellavista, a historic mansion. The living room and the hallway are decorated with interesting paintings and sculptures collected by the owners, who lived next door.
The hosts were really nice, responsive, and helpful. They provided us with mosquito incense and repellants when we arrived, seeing us suffer from a few bites.
The villa is about 15' from Pescia, 1h from Florence, 50' from Pisa by car. There's a village shop about 10' away on foot.
It is a very unique place to stay, in a small middle-age hilltop city. Very friendly hosts, and a charming house renovated and furnished in great style. The small town itself is also charming and it is a great place to wind-down. The little garden opposite to the house is the cherry on top.
Quiet and secluded location, yet close enough to all attractions we wanted to visit - this accommodation was exactly what we needed. Friendly host, accommodation was very lovely and authentic, views from the windows awesome. Rooms were spacious and clean, parking space available just outside the property. Outdoor terrace we used a lot, with nice medieval atmosphere all around us as church and tower are nearby.
Both we and the kids enjoyed our stay here and would gladly stay here again.
Beautiful accommodation set in a stunning location with picturesque views. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean with beautiful views.
Very good facilities and amazing pool, again with amazing views.
Service was beyond our expectation, Luciano is a great host and exceeded good service and even went the extra mile and offered us a lift to the train station when it was time to leave.
Prices of optional extras, such as food, cocktails and mini bar were all well priced.
Loved every part of this stay/
property was so much bigger than expected beautiful room with great amenities, we had the pool to ourselves and enjoyed the hot tub one evening with twinkling view of town at night in the distance. breakfast was just incredible. location perfect and two great places to eat nearby very short walk little town very quaint. owners have restored the hotel remarkably and it has a sense of quiet and serenity just perfect in every way
Really beautiful charming village. Amazing 700 year old building, tastefully decorated. Really comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Friendly and kind hosts. Best place we stayed in Toscana.
Very nice and spacious villa, the hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Great location with amazing view, quiet and nice area. We enjoyed our stay there and would come again.
