The living room and the hallway are decorated with interesting paintings and sculptures collected by the owners, who lived next door. The hosts were really nice, responsive, and helpful. They provided us with mosquito incense and repellants when we arrived, seeing us suffer from a few bites. The villa is about 15' from Pescia, 1h from Florence, 50' from Pisa by car. Very friendly hosts, and a charming house renovated and furnished in great style. The small town itself is also charming and it is a great place to wind-down. Friendly host, accommodation was very lovely and authentic, views from the windows awesome. Rooms were spacious and clean, parking space available just outside the property. Outdoor terrace we used a lot, with nice medieval atmosphere all around us as church and tower are nearby. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean with beautiful views. Very good facilities and amazing pool, again with amazing views. Service was beyond our expectation, Luciano is a great host and exceeded good service and even went the extra mile and offered us a lift to the train station when it was time to leave.
