The location is amazing and the room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast each morning was delicious and healthy served at a time that suits you. The shower was hot and powerful and overall the bathroom was very very clean. The best part was the staff, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and just a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!
The only thing to note (for balcony rooms), would be the piazza in front of the hotel can be quite loud with street performers, political demonstrations, tours etc. It does quieten down in the evening and it didn’t really bother us as we were out and about most of the day.

Wonderful location, extremely comfortable bed, modern, high-quality and stylish furnishings. The host was also wonderful and communicated actively, helping us to find out information about the difficult weather conditions. We avoided any weather problems and had a great day in the city, as we were able to put our luggage comfortably and check in a little earlier. We also really liked the recommendations for eating places.
