Gasthof Faust is a recently renovated guest house in Vols am Schlern where guests can make the most of its bar and shared lounge.

The Gasthof was interesting in that I was not certain if it was old, and wonderfully renovated, or built not too long ago to appear old with modern touches. At any rate it was a very nice overnight stay. The staff were excellent, cordial and helpful. There is a large terrace where we enjoyed the afternoon sun with a beer, and the view in Südtirol. Wonderful restaurant serving many choices of pizza and Südtirol style dishes.

    Everything was excellent! Old charming building with perfect renovated interior. The breakfest was one of the best we have ever had during our travels. Our dinner at hotel restaurant was also great. The locality was in the city center but during our stay very quiet. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. We parked our car 5 minut from the hotel at the public parking (5 euro per day).

    An amazing cabin located up the mountain, peace and quiet with you and nature. The hosts are lovely, every evening they asked if we would like pastries and bought them for us, the owner of the place makes jam and cheeses which was very nice as well. The cabin itself is carefully designed, it has a well-equipped kitchen and the starry ceiling is simply stunning. An excellent place if you are interested in a trip to the northern Dolomites.

    Wonderful hotel! Great location between the city center and the river, quiet room with clean and modern bathroom. Fresh strawberries and scrambled eggs for breakfast. Playground nearby. Perfect stop-over on our way to Venice, not far from the motorway - which you don't hear at all! Dinner was also very good.
