The communications with the management was exceptional. The King room was so very spacious with a huge bathroom. Clean and well decorated. A small lift will take you to the second floor. Just a block or two away from seems to be one of Pisa's entertainment hubs, and it was full of locals enjoying a wide selection of restaurants and bars.

A large beautiful room in an historic building - what more could one ask for in Pisa? The jacuzzi tub was perfect at the end of a long day on your feet and the bubble bath and other thoughtful toiletries were a very nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the guesthouse is perfectly located for both the train station and all of the sights. Would highly recommend!

The Villa is beautiful & old with Charm & character, beautiful garden with persimmon tree. The staff is amazing especially Giulietta. Villa is located 15 minutes from Pisa airport.
