The BnB is in the center of town, directly across the Piazza from the Cathedral. It is a lively area with lots of interesting shops and eateries. The rooms are on the top floor, seventy steep steps from ground level. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful.

Very modern and extraordinarily clean, quiet room. The bathroom, too, left nothing to be desired. Our room did not have a balcony, but the view from the window was breathtaking. There is a fully functional kitchen that is shared with another room. (A third room is not part of the unit, and might not have a kitchen. It does have a balcony, though.) The location is within easy walking distance to the cathedral in downtown Caltagirone. Street parking is available for free, though this might change in the future. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient.
