The Location was great, we could easily walk to the bus stop for the shuttle to the airport. The gentleman we met spoke perfect English, was easy to communicate regarding our late check in (11pm) and was eager to help in hiring a taxi (no pressure) or giving us the information for taking the airport shuttle which we did.

This is a property located in an older house within a gated community a few miles from central Rome. Check in was easy and done remotely mostly the day before. The instructions to find the house via the gatehouse were good. There was plenty of space for parking a car and catching a local train to Rome (Note work is currently taking place on the line after 9 pm but there is a replacement bus service) . Coffee facilities were provided in a shared kitchen and the room we got was on the first floor and had a balcony.

No breakfast ... only coffee and Tea making facilities.. but thats ok as there are caffe close by. The only downside was the relatively 'lightweight' structure ... I could hear the guy in the next room very clearly when he was speaking and he was on the phone for almost an hour between 10 and 11pm .... not really the fault of the property but it was hard to get to sleep at first.

The location is perfect to visit Rome. It's 12min walk to metro station - the area seem to be safe. This is the starting station, so you can take a seat easily. Than 20min and you are in the city centre (Termini) or 30min to Vatican. The room is perfect - fresh towels, clean, comfortable bed, smart TV, big balcony only for us etc. You have access to well equipped kitchen too (shared with other guests). For us it was a perfect place to rest after the whole days of walking. Hosts are very kind ! Grazie

Beautiful if not slightly quirky apartment. Our host’s artistic flair was very apparent. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the lake and village. Our host provided great and easy instructions for parking and access. Nemi is a cute village. Our visit was very brief and we didn’t get to explore the walks of the lake but they look exciting.
