Located outside of the busy areas of Rome, a nice and safe district. Only 8-10 min walk to metro line C which makes it easy to commute to the city centre. You can find a few caffeterias around to grab breakfast or you can use a kitchen in the Villa The room is spatious and has all promised facilities, including AC. Generally it is very quiet, the thing you need after a day in noisy Rome :) Staff is very helpful and friendly and is there for you to make your stay comfortable

I have stayed in this bed-and-breakfast now twice and I do have to say it is fantastic. The owner is extremely responsive on WhatsApp and is really friendly and able to help giving instructions rapidly on how to access the property, an introduction to the room, and she gave very clear instructions on how to get to the accommodation via public transport. The tram goes from right outside to termini station which is a one minute walk of the property, which is very convenient. The location is about a 20 minute tram journey to Rome train station which then gives lots of public transport options to go to other places in the city. The metro line is also about a 10 minute walk from the property. The property was very clean and had a well, equipped bathroom and a comfortable bed. The neighborhood is a local neighborhood with good options for eating. This property was great value for money and after having stayed here twice I would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness!! Everything was very clean and the rooms were arranged daily. I couldn't notice anything dusty or dirty, big praise for that! Staff was friendly and we got a small brekfast package on our last day since we were leaving early. Breakfast was quite ok. There is a Netflix included and a big TV.
