Not far from Venezia Mestre train station (but for an older person, about 20 min on foot). Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Everything a traveller needs, even for a longer stay: nice equipped shared kitchen and care for small details, especially in the shared bathroom, making my stay comfortable.
