Venice Best Vacation enjoys a location in Marghera, 2.6 miles from Museum M9 and 4.8 miles from Mestre Ospedale Train Station.

We particularly enjoyed the location in Marghera with a good connection to Venice by train. The apartment with a shared bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. The option to check-out independently was great, too, because we had to leave early in the morning.

I like that its very close to the tram station only 2 minutes away. The facilities are also clean especially the toilet. They have toiletries as well and they provided towels.

Providing city views, Venice Real Guesthouse in Marghera features accommodations and a garden.

The place is mostly clean and affordable. The sheets and towels were clean. It's l located not too far from the Mestre train station (about a 15 minute walk away). The bathroom has been upgraded and is the only area in the place that doesn't feel really dated. The kitchen is basic but decent enough to use. The fridge was clean.

We stayed for one night while traveling by car and absolutely loved it! Great location, easy parking, clean and cozy room. Super friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere — perfect for a restful stop. Would definitely stay again!

    I loved everything about this wonderful apartment. Situated in a great location. Amenities all around and bus links into Venice and Mestre within a 5 minute walk. Spacious apartment with big rooms throughout. Eveything you could ever need in a stay. Loved the little touches like water, tea/coffee and breakfast bits. Great host and very informative when questions asked.

    The place is lovely and located in a calm but well connected neighborhood. The room is spacious, quiet, clean and well-equipped. Honestly I have been to 4 star hotels with poorer equipment and cleanliness. The breakfast is great with fresh fruits, juice, coffee, milk and fresh pastry. To top everything, Paulo is the loveliest host you can find in Venice. The staff here are genuinely warm and welcoming!

    Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment in a very quiet area. A few tram stops from the central station, and 5 min walk to Venice bus. About 1h30min from Treviso airport with bus+tram. Big bathroom, huge bed and very nice building overall. Great hosts, good communication, we were gifted two public transport tickets, which was very nice. Great pizza place(Si) for take-away just around the corner, big supermarket 15min walk away, smaller market 10min walk. Great for families.

    Great location, 5 minute walk to Venezia Mestre train station. Cheap and easy to get to Venice by bus. Able to leave luggage on early arrival and late departure. Basic but good selection of options for breakfast (hot drinks machine, juices, fresh fruits, cereals, yogurts, cakes and pastries, small selection of hot options and cold meats, cheese etc)

    Great location, very clean and cosy, very nice host, quiet. I highly recommend if you want to enjoy Venice (or f.e. Verona) through the day but don’t want to break the bank. The train station is literally a 1 minute walk away, the room was even nicer then expected and very peaceful, nice view (see picture). Shops are nearby. Venice is 10min by train, costs €1,4 for a ticket. Verona is 1 hour by train, ...

    The place is cozy and it is a big nice villa, where part of it is made as Bed and Breakfast for guests. So you feel like home. Hosts are polite and caring. You have all you need - bed is comfortable, room is spacious, balcony was facing to the quiet street. Overall the neighborhood is quiet. The place is at proximity of the bus, which brings you in 15min to Venice. You can easily reach the place from airport as well by taking 2 buses.
