The location is perfect. The contact person was very helpful and accommodating. The room is one of three and it’s only up six steps so easy with luggage. Anna, the cleaner, was very friendly and helpful.

They opened only recently, offering two modern and elegant apartments. Very clean and in perfect condition. They come with air conditioning, radiators in the bedroom and floor heating in the bathroom for winter. Rooms have a Nespresso coffee maker, a fridge with water and some small snacks. A café for breakfast and a grocery store are within walking distance, a Tabaccheria right next door and a huge Interspar supermarket is just 5mins by car away. Free parking on the street right in front of the apartment. No stairs from the street to the room, which makes it easy when you travel with heavy luggage. Stable wifi and a great variety of tv and radio channels, most in Italian. Friendly owner, quick response to questions and requests. Strongly recommended.
