Giorgia runs an absolutely excellent bed and breakfast. The room was sizeable and exceptionally clean, our bed was made daily and towels replaced frequently. Giorgia was easy to communicate with, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding, hands down the best and most varied breakfast spread we've ever had! Do yourself a favour and stay in this bed and breakfast!

The property was very secure. They have an “honest bar”. The rooms are gorgeous. Definitely a must stay. Modena is about 30 minutes away. Michael is so nice and welcoming!

The place is located in a block of flats. It is split into 4 apartments. The rooms are clean, modern and minimalistic. There was airconditioning in the room and also a hairdryer, tv and shampoo and soap available. There are no facilities to have a drink or fridge to keep drinks cold. The bed is huge and very comfortable, the bathroom is huge with a walk in shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin - all modern and very clean. The bedroom consists of a bed, bedside tables, lamps, a wardrobe and desk with a TV on the wall. The outlook from our room was wonderful with amazing sunsets. To check in we had to go to the 1st floor where the staff were very friendly and accommodated us well.
