Very nice, intimate hotel! This place has a soul! The rooms were renovated, clean, with the coffee machine, fridge, airco and balcony just next to the swimming pool. The garden was very nice to chill and to sunbath. Very nice owners, family business. SOS device under the shower. Breakfast was not too big but good, fresh eggs, cheese, ham, croissants, cake, fruits, jams, nutella etc. and delicious coffee! I really recommend that place! Only half hour to Como. Parking on the property with closed fence. Every room has it's own code so no key needed, VERY GOOD IDEA!

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Lipomo! Everything was exceptionally clean, and having a parking spot right in front of the apartment was very convenient. The location is great—close to everything you might need, including shops and the amazing restaurant Delphin Blu, which we highly recommend! The food there was absolutely delicious. There’s also a lovely café nearby with tasty croissants and cappuccino. A huge thank you to Andrea for the smooth and easy communication—he was always available and responded immediately. And a special thanks to Matat, the cleaning lady, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The only small suggestion we have for Andrea is to add a coffee machine to the apartment. Other than that, everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!
