The staff were so helpful and friendly. Elena messaged me before arrival to assure me that our room would be ready at arrival (13:00) She was also available via WhatsApp for any enquiries during our stay and made some suggestions of places to visit and eat. So helpful and welcoming. Rosamarina was very attentive during breakfast service. Nothing was too much trouble! The grounds and pool are beautiful and serene. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning is a blessing! Parking outside is also a breeze which was really helpful. We would be very happy to stay again.

Raffaella is wonderfully accomodating, allowing both an early check-in when it was raining and leaving bags for a few hours on check-out. She even dried some of my clothing that had been drenched from the rain. The room was cosy and had everything I needed, and it was a very short walk to the beach.
