My experience with Le Cupole Design was perfect! I stayed in the King Room which looks exactly like in photos, with a little terrace offering a stunning view! The room is spacious, brand new and super clean. Roberto was extremely kind, always ready to answer the phone - he let us check in late without any issues and also allowed us to leave our luggage in the main hall after check-out. The location of this apartment is very central, close to main tourist attractions in Palermo. Communication with the host was super, very responsive and informative. We did not meet in person, the check-in was done via video call and it went surprizingly smooth. The room was smaller than I expected (note we book a three beds room for three persons) but it was compensated by the provided amennities in the common kitchen area with free fruits, coffee, biscuits and jams.
