The Sicilian food in the restaurant was exquisite - we had the delicious and expansive tasting menu 2 consecutive nights. Our gorgeous room had a spacious bathroom with a large jacuzzi and a roof terrace which looked over the town and the nearby hills. We used it as a base for visiting the Valley of the Temples. The location is quiet and beautiful among the vineyards and very close to the beach too. We are dinner in a lovely restaurant in the beach booked for us by the owners. The location is a 5 minute easy drive down to a beautiful quiet beach with 5 different restaurants to choose from. You can also drive 25 minutes to access another beach and scala dei turchi. The temples were approx 35 mins drive away and very easy to get to from the location. The property itself is hard to describe in words (breathtaking) and our kids loved the infinity pool and property dog. They also run a vineyard and produce their own wine which we got to try and was actually very well put together.
