    Montecarelli was a beautiful small village with a great trattoria for dinner. Simonetta was a wonderful and very accommodating host, who offered everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I stayed here as a bit of a detour from the Via Degli Dei, and I'd recommend anyone else doing the same arrange transport to and from the apartment rather than walking, as it's quite a strenuous addition otherwise.

    The accommodation itself was nice, just as seen on the pictures. It is located in a quiet village near Florence. The facilities such as the pool and barbecue area are well maintained and nice to use. But the highlight of our trip was our hostess Simonetta. Truly a lovely person from pre-arrival to our departure. She, and the whole family who owns the residences, were such nice people and made us feel very welcome during our 1-week stay. We highly recommend this property for people who want to explore Tuscany whilst staying in a quiet area.
