    This little B&B exceeded expectations. Located some 2 kilometres out of Montefalco it is situated in a quiet, peaceful rural location. Our hosts made every effort to make us feel welcome even though they did not speak much English. Breakfast was excellent with home made cakes provided on a daily basis.

    Perfecto ! Central location, quiet and tastefully decorated apartment. Host Barbara was so friendly and helpful also with winery recommendations. You must eat at l' alchimista, the family restaurant in the heart of the Piazza. A wonderful stay and we will certainly return.

    great location in the old historic town centre, 2 minute walk to all of the restaurants, bars, etc, yet really quiet as the apartment faces away from the restaurants. The view off the terrace is amazing and we could see Bevagna below us and Spello in the distance. Jakob was very easy and prompt to communicate with.

    The proprietor, Fabulous Fabio, and his wife were superb and delightful hosts. They attended meticulously to my every need,. They ensured I saw the best of beautiful Montefalco, and introduced me to the best restaurant on the square in this historic town. So I enjoyed a delicious gourmet supper, and the next day, after a comfortable and quiet night's sleep, and a good breakfast, I left Italy with very happy memories.

    This is a nice family run hotel and has a nice relaxed atmosphere. Beds were comfortable. It has a great location in the village. It was peaceful and quiet. Some rooms have a quirky toilet half door but other rooms have bathrooms that are more private. Breakfast is good with fresh croissants and good quality ham.
