The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos. It was originally built about 800 years ago, and they have decorated respecting the original infrastracture. The location is great. You are walking steps from the gorgeous Tuscan views, gastronomy, and culture.
Getting to Monticchiello is not easy, but Flora and Futura were extremely helpful guiding us and helping us as much as they could. Plus we were welcomed with some vanilla cake for breakfast and a basket of fruits.
Flora was definitely the best host we've had! We felt at home and we would love to come back.

This was the perfect place for us to experience both the town and the area. The room was so comfortable and roomy… with a great little garden out the back door. The location was perfect- inside the No driving zone and close to all the great restaurants and bars in the center of town. We parked outside the zone, but the walk to the hotel was only 2 mins so it didn’t make sense to park inside the zone. The Wi-Fi was great and the heat (it was cold in mid-March) warmed the space up quickly when needed. The town has many uphill streets, but that’s part of the charm… if you don’t get them before dinner, you get them after. For us, it was nice to have the downhills after dinner! And did I mention how nice it is to roam the streets after dark? It’s a wonderful town and we had a great experience here. I will recommend this place to anyone…especially to couples. I’m not sure what the area is like in peak season, but it was spectacular in mid-March. I certainly hope my wife and I can return soon!

The location is fantastic on the central square of Montepulciano, which our room overlooked. The view from the other side is probably even better, towards the Val d'Orcia and the Tuscan hills. The historic furnishings are really great and the breakfast (brought into the room) is phenomenal.

The location of this property is amazing...perched on top of a Tuscan hill... when driving into this small historic town, you pass through beautiful narrow arches and drive through cobbled stone streets.
The view from the room is also magnificent.
Great location to drive to neighboring towns and vineyards.
There are clear printed instructions to use the room facilities and local maps in the room.
There was a cappuccino machine and lots of pods. It made for a great start to the day and saved us time from searching for a coffee shop.

The place is very cozy and stylish. It had everything we needed. The location is at the exact city center. Everything in the room was very thought out. But most of all, the host Emanuela, was the best!!, very helpful and friendly and was prepared to answer every question about the area.

A large, luxurious and beautiful suite with a very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom, spectacular deck with views over the Val di Chiana. The host, Mody, was thoughtful, polite and professional. 5-star!
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Amazing location in the quiet village of Monticchiello. Beautiful studio on the second floor with a splendid view over the valley. Wonderful double bed and very nice and functional bathroom. Amazing help of our host Sarah with anything you need.
One of the best places we stayed in 3 weeks through Tuscany. Our three female hosts who were running the show were sweet and accommodating and we totally enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. Tranquility, serenity and a really nice homemade breakfast were the highlights of our stay. Driving up the unpaved road in a small car was no issue. Everything was spotlessly cleaned, we had a fridge in the room and it was soo quiet ... lovely!
Please please please stay here. If I could give 100 stars I would. Great accommodation in the heart of Tuscany, in an amazing village, with such great hosts, an amazing cake (self baked!) and fruits as a welcome gift; the hosts are a family and always happy to help. We enjoyed our stay a lot ❤️ thank you! Grazie!
Charming little apartment which was remarkably well equipped hidden away down a little alley. We had everything we needed. The hosts were truly wonderful and even baked us a welcome cake and provided a bow of fresh fruit!
The host Guido was very responsive to messages and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, served early and prepared quickly by his aunt. Great location with good view of the val d'orcia and amazing sunset view. Free parking spot very close to the accommodation.
This was booked for my elderly parents to attend our sons wedding locally. It was ideal for them and found their stay superb, with great facilities. Food was also provided. A great host.
Everything! Checkin was very simple and smooth. The town is charming with amazing views. We stayed there for a wedding and actually hosted a number of family members for an afternoon lunch in the apartment. Highly recommend.
Great location on the edge of an attractive historical hill top town. A selection of restaurants within walking distance. The hosts, Guido and his Aunt, were very friendly and helpful and Guido spoke good English. A nice garden with seating areas and good views. Quiet
Everything! Debrah the host is amazing and helpful, the B&B is lovely, parking was perfect, the town was my favourite in Tuscany, Daria restaurante was outstanding , the locals are charming, the town is prestine, the walls of the town have a wonderful walkway that’s lite up at night. Magical place, magical people, I will return one day.
