Christos was extremely welcoming, helpful and genuine. He helped me locate a restaurant to eat for the evening I was staying, even calling the restaurant to check the menu for me. The place itself is great, very welcoming and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again if revisting!

This is a property located in an older house within a gated community a few miles from central Rome. Check in was easy and done remotely mostly the day before. The instructions to find the house via the gatehouse were good. There was plenty of space for parking a car and catching a local train to Rome (Note work is currently taking place on the line after 9 pm but there is a replacement bus service) . Coffee facilities were provided in a shared kitchen and the room we got was on the first floor and had a balcony.

Silvio is an excellent host, very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. His personality is evident in the unique interior design of each room. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and pleasant. Security was good, and the location is convenient to public transport, a few restaurants, and cafes.

No breakfast ... only coffee and Tea making facilities.. but thats ok as there are caffe close by.
The only downside was the relatively 'lightweight' structure ... I could hear the guy in the next room very clearly when he was speaking and he was on the phone for almost an hour between 10 and 11pm .... not really the fault of the property but it was hard to get to sleep at first.

The location is 2 minute walk from the train station, 10 mins in taxi to the airport.
The room was very modern and clean everything that you need for your stay including hairdryer and coffee machine. There is local supermarket accross the road that is deceivingly bigger than expected.
The host was exceptional, providing all the information we needed for our stay including where local to eat and ordered a taxi for early pick up for airport, which was prompt at 4.15am.
Fabulous!!
