I love the place. The beds are just okay
The mattress is not stabile
At least in the large room I have had several times
With the sofa bed
That should be replaced but the bath egg oils are great and the location can’t be beat

Lots of living space in the apartment and very well designed to maximize light and energy. It was in a great location for biking, hiking, wine touring and seeing the old town of Guarene. This is one of the quietest places I have ever slept! I loved the outdoor patio overlooking the countryside.

Located in one of my favorite areas in Italy. Treiso. Anna was fabulous. Let us store our wine and cheese in her fridge. Anna’s English was slight but she knew what we wanted.

Let’s be clear, it is not near Barbaresco (50 min walk) and there is no “degustazione” (yes, when you ask for it they just say, and I’m not kidding: there is no degustazione).
So yeah, the place is clean, but nothing else. So if you want to just sleep under a roof there is plenty of better options.
What I hated is that when I called the woman in charge she did not care. So yeah, this is what I call a fraud. They put key words and attractions that are not included or real, all that to benefit from seeming a very attractive option.
Shame

The hotel is beautiful, breakfast is AMAZING and the staff is super friendly. Alessia and Gabriele helped us out so much, giving us restaurant tips, receiving multiple packages I had sent to the hotel and much more. The hotel has an amazing 1 Michelin star restaurant (Il Centro) that is definitely worth the visit.

This B&B is a gem. It is located near the "Strada Romantica delle Langhe e del Roero"; you are in a famous wine area (Asti, Barolo, Barbareco, etc). Photo: the Enoteca Regionale del Barbaresco.
Host Davide was most helpful with information about the area and of course: wine (he is sommelier). Especially his unvarnished opinion about the Arneis wine (which comes from the Alba area) will stick in my memory :-)
We also liked his breakfast with 'crespelle' (crepes)!
Being city people from a very dense populated country, we can soooooo enjoy the evening silence.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
We had a great stay! The location is beautiful and quiet, overlooking the vineyards in the area. Breakfast with fresh pastries (different ones each day!) was amazing and the host is super kind and gave us suggestions and places to visit.
Antonella was the most wonderful host in my whole trip, was available for any request, the room was spotlessly clean and elegant with an AMAZING view of vineyards rolling down the hills all around.
A luxury guesthouse in a completely affordable price within a region as pleasant as Tuscany & possibly even better.
Great hosts and location to relax and enjoy the weather with in a beautiful valley full of vineyards. The hosts were very kind and accommodating e.g. got extra oat milk in advance for our stay. A special shout out for the home made orange cake, which was part of the lovely breakfast.
The outstanding breakfast of Margot and her hospitality in service and recommendations for places to visit in and around Neive. Margot is a great host!
The location and views are beautiful!
Paolo and Daniella's exquisit hosting, nothing was a problem for them.
The pool while small was very charming and the wonderful backdrop adds up.
The breakfast was just amazing!
