I was on a business trip and needed assistance with transport to an early morning meeting; all the staff were extremely helpful and I cannot thank them enough for sorting out my arrangements. I also did not notice that I had left my ring in the hotel room, and I was immediately contacted to arrange collection. The check-in was smooth and easy, there is a nice live music bar in the hotel lobby. We found everything we needed in the room, it was clean and tidy. It is possible to make a reservation for dinner, there is a bar where you can sip a drink after a day of hiking.
