Excellent place to stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable, great location. Well equipped breakfast bar. Beautiful decorating. Best possible location.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Great location, in a quiet area, close to some very good services (baker's, pizzeria, bars, even a barber's), about a kilometer from the historic centre. Two big bedrooms, each with a double bed, one also with a single bed. Bathroom has a washing machine, which was quite useful. Very nice owners, very helpful, a lot of useful information, arrived to help within minutes (from work), when we thought we locked ourselves out of the apartment. A lot of parking spaces in the area.
Very good customer attention, nothing was to much trouble for the staff especially the manager, who was excellent . Rural location, very relaxing, I’m not sure it knows what it is ……sort of spa but not that well appointed, great location to explore the area and very quiet if that’s what you want but also quite partyish if you prefer….. very good pool….. but all a bit lacking in soul…..
Host was very responsive. Room and bathroom were clean. Quiet location in the center of town. Breakfast options were tasty baked goods, fruit and cereal.
Quiet setting in picturesque surroundings. Every evening swim in the pool was accompanied by the house martins swooping and flitting around you, which was very charming.
Escape to serenity at Casa Iris B&B, where host Matthew's genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality create an enchanting experience. Immaculate rooms, charming vintage decor, and healthy and personalized breakfasts make it a perfect retreat. Matthew was extremely helpful in providing advice on where to go and how to reach the best beaches in the area and was a dleight to talk to. Highly recommended!
very romantic room in an old apartment. Every detail is tastefully selected. Very clean and private, Matthew is a great host, willing to help and give good advice.
Charming would be the most positive adjective that might be used to describe the hotel, and the location is a quaint town with some lovely beaches nearby and convenient for Rome.
Rustic charming villa hotel in lost in the tradition of its working vineyard making exceptional wine and serving this with some outstanding food..
we loved the charm, yes the rooms are dated but they are large and comfortable, quite and quaint and that just added to the character and did not detract from the beauty of this hotel/farm stay.
clearly this is a favourite for locals as the restaurant was packed and after eating and drinking we could see why.. this place is a true Gem.
The host Matthew was wonderful and kind. He helped with parking and luggage. The breakfast was incredible - a selection of beautiful fresh pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruits, homemade preserves, fancy bread. The interiors are beautiful. Matthew and his partner obviously have amazing taste and an eye for ‘the best’ and they generously share this with their guests. It was a pleasure staying at Casa Iris.
