Lovely recently renovated property, our room was upstairs and was very well appointed. Everything was well done with modern fittings and A/C. Downstairs was a communal kitchen with fridge,coffee making facilities etc. Parking was available a short distance away, it was free overnight but we had to feed the meter after 9am. The hosts were great, one of us was a bit ill in the morning and we were able to stay later - that was very helpful and thoughtful.

Terrible first impression. A lovely room in a run down district. Litter. Building works. Apartment block looked awful. A hassle with door codes & access to start with. Grotty entrance, lift, stairs. Then a 1sr floor oasis! Total refurb on just this floor. Big room. V quiet. Clean. Comfy big bed.

B-Guest House is a recently renovated guest house in Oristano, where guests can make the most of its free bikes and garden.

Newly refurbished to really high spec modern and crisp style. It was perfect for me, nice and bright, and I loved the layout of communal space. Hot powerful shower room! The neighbourhood was really chill and safe and everything was accessible within walking distance for me. I did the long coastal path trail run and it was one of the best I’ve done in Europe. Wow, the beaches are stunning and so quiet! Easy independent check in and out but host was also very attentive over WhatsApp. Really kind and knowledgable. Would Defs recommend for solo, couple, family, or group renting out all three apartments would be nice too!

    Great location near the city center, you can walk everywhere if you want. A big supermarket is 5 minutes away. A washing machine is available and has a fully equipped kitchen, to feel like at home when you travel! It stays cool during summer!

    Rooms are huge, and very clean. Marcella is great host, and we really enjoyed staying at her Guesthouse. You have everything you will need, from kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies. Will come back again if we visit Sardinia!

    Very quiet location 10 minutes walk from city centre. Rooms are well furnished despite slightly chaotic look of courtyard. Breakfast ample and period wide. Host kindly picked me up from train station, other it would have been a 20 minute walk with luggage. Parking available for travelers with car.

    Great location Very clean Good communication Lovely host Well equipped Stefano was very helpful and communicative. I was there to do some work but had issues connecting to the WiFi extender, but Stefano helped find a solution. It's centrally located and very close to all the bars and restaurants, but down a quieter street. I had dinner at three different restaurants while I was there, all pretty much a stone's throw from the apartment.
