Everything was very clean and the facilities were great, we had a smart TV, the bed and shower were very good and everything was renovated and new. The staff gave all the attention and information necessary before even looking for them. The location is very good and close to everything.

    We had unit 5 on the end, it was very quiet and private, the units are very well equipped and all the common areas are well maintained. There's a barbecue area. Christian was a lovely host, we enjoyed chatting to him and were only sorry our Italian was lacking for more in depth chat! He was great for recommending things to do and see in the local area. If we ever return we would stay there without hesitation. Many thanks for a great holiday!

    The building is wonderful, you feel like in an old Italian palazzo. The room was spacious and nice. The breakfast is served in a gorgeous old patio, very quiet and charming. It was a bit noisy since it’s in the city center but they have a pretty good isolation.

    Great guest house! Very comfortable bed. The massage functions in the shower were great. It was very clean. The host was easy to reach and would give us great tips on beaches, restaurants etc. When we ask for an iron it was delivered as soon as possible. You can park in front of the guest house, orherwise you can park in the same street. The guest house was close to great restaurants (15 min walk) and to the beach (7 min by car). Overall we had a great stay.

    Very nice venue, run by family. Hosts do their best to create good atmosphere. You can get Italian breakfast with fresh fruits and home-made cookies and cakes and also marmalades. It is possible to order full dinner. There is bar you can sit and table tenis. Rooms are big enough with comfortable beds. Host very helpful, when we had trekking we got prepared great panini.

    Really nice room in the old building close to the city centre (5 min walk). Hosts were amazing, always ready to help us, shared a lot of recommendations ahead. We had first room from the street, super clean, quiet during the night, big and not humid how it often happens in older buildings. Parking was close to the location. But the highlight for us was breakfast. Eggs, really nice ham and cheese or sweet options available. It was the best Italian breakfast we had during our stay in Sardinia.

    Near the city center, quiet area, big house, we found everything we needed - towels, kitchen stuff, coffee, tp. There are 3 terraces, perfect for a coffee break or lunch. Our host was nice, helped us with the keys at 3am. We found the house clean, bed sheets were ok, rooms ok.
