The hostess went out of her way to accomodate us when we were in a really tight spot. We can whole heartily recommend this apartment. It is spacious, comfortable and clean. It is a pity you cannot use the kichenette but there are plenty wonderful options where to eat in Osimo. Thank you very much!

The property is very clean, nice, it has a MARVELOUS view of the fields, even the sea! the view is much better than from the Giardini Piazza, they have it decorated tastefully, and they are great hosts. Definitively we would book with them every time we are in Osimo visiting saint Joseph of Cupertino.

A lovely quiet location, surrounded by beautiful countryside. We were given a lovely welcome by the owner, as well as her niece, who who made a wonderful interpreter, aiding our conversations with the owner. When we asked if it was possible to arrive a little early and wait by the pool, we were told that would be no problem for a fee of just 10 Euros. Although the room was small it was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very cleverly designed to make best use of the small space.

    Great location in the historic old town but in a quiet little road. Easy to walk to all sights and shops restaurants etc… Parking just beneath the old walls a few steps away.

    The host was an absolute pleasure to deal with! The acommodation is very much OK - clean and well equipped - there even is some salt, sugar and olive oil ready. A pasta pot would be a great addition, but we made do with what dishes were present. The garden is spacious and the house itself is in a quiet and secluded place, where you are quite safe thanks to a fierce four-legged guard Luna :) Thank you very much for the lovely stay.

    A wonderful stopover… the purpose built room was simply perfect and so well thought out. The bathroom was worthy of a boutique hotel, the design and fittings were fabulous throughout. The location is quiet with a rural outlook but you are only a few minutes drive from Osimo. The breakfast was delicious, the best croissant I have eaten in Italy I think, and was served on the lovely terrace outside our room. Rafaela was a lovely warm and kind host and we would definitely think of staying there again.
