We had an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Mike, the owner. From the moment we arrived (in the rain and well before check-in time), he made us feel so welcome and at home. Even though breakfast service had ended, he still made us coffee and something to eat, which was such a kind gesture. He even let us into our room early! The hotel itself was fantastic, comfortable, clean, and inviting, but it was Mike’s hospitality that truly made our stay special. He goes above and beyond for his guests, brought breakfast to our room! Breakfast was lovely, and his kindness made all the difference and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and clean,top location 👌 Hosts are very polite. There are 5 rooms in the apartment. Before i went there, i read a couple of comments that it was loud, but i haven't experienced something like that. I was in room 105, which was at the end of the hall, so it was a little bit separated from the other rooms. There is a common area with equipped kitchen and tables to eat. Next to the kitchen is a terrace also with tables and chairs. It was very nice to eat there. We are super satisfied with the accommodation and would definitely go back there again. Warm recommendation.

The location was very close to the train station and nearby supermarket, so even if one doesn't have breakfast included one can go and buy food in the store. It took 20-25 mins to get to the beach, and they also had a good pizza place 2 mins away from the room. The staff was very kind and was ready to help. The rooms are cleaned every day in the mornings except Sundays and holidays.

I got the whole house during my stay and it is a luxury to have it so. The owner put in lots of considerations to design the place and you can see the ideas everywhere. Beautiful, clean, quiet and spacious, the bed is perfect, the room even comes eith a balcony that one could chill and have a sip of whatever one prefers. The place to go for breakfast is typical Italian which is enjoyable. All communications are via WhatsApp for me. The owner responds in time if there is any question.

We were contacted in advance by Empatia on what we should do to get inside. They were available via WhatsApp on questions we had and addressing requirements. We had a very positive reaction all the time. The cleaning lady was doing a good job and everything was left tidy and organised. The location was perfect. Everything was close by. The railway station on 659m from Empatia and down below is a nice coffee shop plus a good size supermarket. Highly recommended.

The location is amazing, right where all the restaurants and shops are and only 2 minutes walk to the beach. The studio had everything you could need (slippers, toothbrushes, toiletries, hair dryer, clothes steamer, coffee) and it was very cozy and stylish. The host was very nice and helpful. Really recommend this lovely place :)
