Nicole was so nice and helpful! Ordered us a taxi to the airport, gave us some advice for exploring the city and region and was there when we needed anything, really. The location is also awesome, just a 2 minute walk to the Tower and the city centre. We loved everything, it was nice and clean!

Very nice room in the apartment, very clean and Clorinda was excellent with very good communication. Walk was about 20 minutes to the tower.

We were surprised how easyly accesible is the place coming from the airport - just 10 min walk and you are there, which was the main reason we booked in this area. It is also 10 min walk to the train station, which was also great. We were also able to walk down to the city center and it was just 30 min pleasant walk. The host was very friendly, she explained us everything upon check-in, there was free water, coffee and croassants provided for breakfast. The room was quite spacious and clean. The only thing you should keep in mind is there is no good sound isolation (like most places in Italy) so you clearly can hear cars passing, but it is a small street so not a lot of cars. We could not hear planes that much.

Perfect, everything you needed. Enrico was very service minded and welcoming. The room was amazing with high ceilings and windows to the park. Comfortable bed, television, fridge, coffee, close to restaurants and everything but still calm.
