United StatesWe were greeted by a lovely young woman who gave us so much helpful information about this amazing city. She made sure that we had everything we needed.. We were walking on the Via Francigena and they worked with the luggage service company to ensure a smooth transfer.The hotel is family owned. I usually like to stay just outside the walls of the old town, but here staying inside the wall was perfect. The hotel is inside the wall but close enough to the outside for easy access.

The apartment we rented was super clean and had everything we needed. The area is really quiet and peaceful, and there are some great walks with views of the hills, vineyards, and olive trees. The hosts are really friendly and helpful, and they really care about their guests. The pool has a special bathing system that doesn't use chemicals, which is pretty cool.
