Location very good. Possible to sit outside. Room was very pleasant to be there , made with taste. Only the bed was to short for me and matrass was to soft.

Pleasant atmosphere, great parking and excellent location.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Absolutely wonderful stay, Giuditta is possibly one of the best hostesses we have ever had, nothing was a problem from offering to book restaurants to lending us tools!
The positioning of the property is absolutely stunning, rural but super quiet, and perfect for relaxing.
Our room was typically tuscan, very clean and really comfortable bed!
The pool was pristine and fantastic as everyone has their own beds and areas!
Thank you Giuditta for a very special break!
We had an amazing time. Amedeo is a great host. The property is located in a beautiful area. Clean, has everything you need. Grocery shop 3 mins away. Kids friendly property as well.
The location was great, quiet and a lot to do and see around. The hosts are really nice, friendly, as charming as the house. The house itself is made beautifully, with lots of charming details all around. The terrasse is a paradise, the view amazing, the small swimming a real pleasure in the toscan heat. Great. All the family loved our two weeks there.
Hostess (Monica) was very friendly and helpful, making it a holiday from day 1. View on the Tuscan hills is perfect. Pool is excellent: very large, nicely situated with a view, between olive trees, good for both young children as adults and with sufficient room to relax on sunbeds (incl. shade). Quiet neighbourhood. Please note - as others have already said - that most touristic places (e.g. beaches, Sienna, San Gimignano, Firenze, etc.) are a 1 hour drive or longer, except Volterra.
We like the whole family. Even we don't speak Italian, we could understand each other. They provide us an olive oil and wine. Great experience, great hosts, great cook and authentic Tuscan atmosphere. We will come back!
Tina is a great host, made us feel home and she was helpful in every possible way ( including sorting out my lost luggage...)
The swimming pool was a blessing in the heat and we liked the simplicity and practicality of our apartment, too. We received a lovely supply of butter, eggs, coffee, milk and fresh bread, too.
The beds were very comfortable.
