The apartment was the perfect size for a couple. The view on the water made it look like a dream when waking up.
The location is spot on. It is ideal when you take the bus from La Spezia, just a 2 minute walk and a nice 5 minute stroll to the street with all the shops and restaurants. Very ideal.

No breakfast offered but available nearby.
Central location on the harbor, quiet enough at mid-November. Heat adequate, abundant hot water in shower. Radiator in bathroom to dry/warm towels. Capsule coffee maker and kettle for tea, fridge, small table and chairs just inside entry. Blackout shade on the solitary window in front door.
Housed in a 16th-century tower without elevator, Torre a Mare Porto Venere is situated in Portovenere, a short walk from the beginning of the 5 Terre National Park.

Great welcome and stunning location. Lots of lovely restaurants to choose from and very easy to travel from Porto Venere to explore the rest of the Cinque Terre. We loved coming back to PV in the evenings - lots to explore in the town itself and so much nicer than the hustle of the other Cinque Terre villages. The Torre is right in the centre and very picturesque. Breakfast on the small terrace was nice with fresh orange juice and delicious pastries from the owners bakery.
Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this location! First and foremost, a big thank you to the host for the exceptional preparation of the room. Everything was thoughtfully provided to ensure our complete comfort. Despite being off-season, we had access to everything we needed, including hot water, fresh towels, daily cleaning, air conditioning, and even an umbrella. The furniture was new, and the bathroom was fully equipped with modern technology – a real pleasure! The staff were readily available and helpful, and the location was perfect, being in a flat area with no hills to climb. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The location is very nice, exceptional view form the balcony. A bit outside the city center, which is good seeing very quiet in the evening and in the morning.
Everything! The nicest, most charming and welcoming hosts ever. Newly refurbished excellent room, clean, beautiful and stylish. Room included a contemporary and delicate bathroom, a Nespresso machine, a fridge with complimentary drinks, glassware, snacks and fragrance sticks. The guest house is perfectly situated in the old town, thus you live exactly where you would want to be for all activities, shops and restaurants. Quality all the way 🇮🇹
the room was really clean and nice equipped, there is access to a spacious terrace with free coffe and tea. The host is very generous and uncomplicated.
The location is perfect, you have a 5min footwalk to the city centre and another 5 mins to a free beach. All walks are along the seaside.
Spacious light and clean apartment close to the centre of town and the boats. Quieter than the Cinque Terra which is a good thing. Host was very friendly and helpful.
Andrea is a great host. Thanks to him, our trip was better. He is always ready to help.
I've never eaten breakfast in better surroundings.
Close to the place are beaches and lovely wild goats.
It was a perfect stay!
Silvano is a great host.
The room was immaculately clean, new, comfy, and recently renovated.
Internet, espresso machine, good breakfast, great view, quiet.
I doubted I could find a place that checked all my boxes, but this one did, and exceeded my expectations
