It's more like a kind of wild beach. Atmospheric and perfect for introverts. We were lucky to have wonderful friendly Italian neighbours, optimistic in any weather 🙂 Alberto, the host, is nice and always happy to make you his best espresso! The room came with many amenities including a fridge stocked with cold beverages. Rocco was a great host. There are only a few rooms so it is very private and quiet - on the first day I thought maybe we were the only ones there. A delicious breakfast was served each morning in a relaxing outdoor space. A few minutes walk away from the ferry but on a street with shopping and amenities like a pharmacy (and not as heavily trafficked as other streets, so it was a bit quieter) The host was so flexible and sweet and really made our stay perfect. The rooms and furnishings are simple but with excellent a/c and the shower had plenty of hot water. The room and bathroom is very clean and equipped with everything you need including refrigerator. We stayed for five nights and didn‘t miss anything. Wonderful garden where we had breakfast. The apartment is located in a quiet area in a lane with less traffic. To walk to the port as well as to Terra Murata or Marina di Corricella takes you 5 to 10 min.
