Beautiful house and garden, great location

It was a beautiful and unique location. Fede went above and behind from trying to get me the best room to offering cups of sangria. Communication was amazing via WhatsApp every step of the way. I felt like a trie guest visiting a llcal k owledgsble friend.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa 1900. The property is clean, modern and well staffed. The breakfast was excellent. The property is located perfectly so that you can walk everywhere. We received great suggestions for our visit from Dante.

It was fantastic

The host was welcoming and helpful in recommendations for restaurants featuring local cuisine. We ate at two and they were splendid! Breakfast was beautifully laid out and the coffee, croissant, Greek yogurt and fruit hit the spot. Will surely return next time in Chiavari!

Perfect comfortable place in a nice little town. LARA our hostess went beyond nice and friend to provide us with all the information needed. She recommended we’re to eat and how to plan our visit around this area of Portofino etc . The bathroom was also very comfy. The only thing I would relace were the Pillows… a little too hard. But we would definitely go BACK as we felt it was all very clean, well thought and made us feel so at home and welcomed and in a GREAT place .

We loved this spot! The location couldn't have been better - it took us 2 min to walk to the main waterfront. The terrace was amazing and the views from all of the windows were unbeatable.

This is a most unique place. you feel like you are staying with close friends. Very much recommended. The location is perfect, few minutes walk to anywhere.

Excellent location, the property was clean, it was perfect !!

The location of the property was great, although a little difficult to find by GPS - it's right at the corner, just a block away from the sea. Everything was within walking distance, and although it was mid-February (not high season), we were able to find places that were open. The town itself is beautiful and well-kept, and we'd like to visit again when we have more time. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and we slept well. The room is in an older building and not soundproofed - in the high season, it would be advisable to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The room provides a small kitchen area with an electric kettle, a single-burner hotplate, a small refrigerator, and a sink. There are dishes and a few pots and pans, so you could feasibly prepare your own simple one-pot meals and/or stay for an extended time. The room was quite large, and tiled throughout, with a wardrobe, and a small dinette set in addition to the bed. Communication with the owner was clear and although we never met her, she was able to provide good instructions on how to enter the room, and paying for the room was easily done by Paypal or cash. She offers a parking spot (by reservation) for 10 euros - and this is recommended, although we didn't take advantage of it (a live-and-learn situation). There is also a large parking garage about 2 blocks away, for 2 euros per hour, and limited street parking.
