Marco's staff was very nice and helpful. Before I arrived, I received a message letting me know that there was a special treat waiting for me when I arrived. The treat was snacks, tea, instant coffee, juice, water, and soda. It was such a delicious gesture, and it did come in handy.
I loved the room and the bathtub, and I had the most perfect bath in peace. Having the choice of a shower or bath was a great addition. Also, the bathroom was huge. It was a beautiful experience. Also, there are delicious restaurants within walking distance.

Great location in the middle of nowhere, but close to town. We were just passing through, but we simply loved the place. Good dinner downstairs, comfy beds, air conditioned, very clean, great view. Would definitely stay here again.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Great location, in the heart of the old town and just a half hour to 45 minute drive from Siena and other lovely towns like Pienza, Cortona and Montepulciano. Free parking is available nearby. Bedroom is clean and comfortable and the hosts are nice and hospitable. Good self-service breakfast with local products.
The location itself is simply amazing! The view is breathtaking, so quiet and pastoral! Moreover, the hosts were amazing too! Breakfast was perfect - everything we needed and more! Thank you so much for such a wonderful hospitality!
Natalia who welcomed us is a great host, supportive, friendly and warm. The pool area is really great, clean and open at night so we could enjoy swimming and watching a clear night sky and count stars! Breakfast rich and tasty, good wine from the property too. Great place to stay with a family!
We had an absolutely amazing time / our host Andrea and his brother were absolute stars! They were always available to help and share their local knowledge- amazing place for families with kids. Great location.
We had a great stay here; nice and quiet, but also very central for visiting surrounding towns like Montalcino, Montepulciano, Arezzo and Cortona.
Who doesn’t want to enjoy a breakfast with caffè and fresh fruits (figs and blackberries from the garden), granola, some bread…in bed obviously, with nothing but the sound of some birds and maybe a couple of cows nearby.
A quiet, clean and pretty comfortable apartment, true Italian location. In reality it looks much better than on the pictures! A very hospitable host! We were surprised by nice Italian breakfast (it wasn't included in the price): different croissants, juice and milk for our kids - it was so lovely :)
We loved everything, the place is quiet and the views overlooking the hills are stunning. We will definitely miss the sunsets. Everything was perfect, we enjoyed our time there and we truly manage to disconnect and completely relax. The host is super friendly and lovely and she made us crema de limone (homemade with lemons from her garden) which was delicious. Grazie mille!
