This was such an absolute gem of a find! My fiancé and his family were visiting Ravello for a wedding at Villa Cimbrone, and Ravello 23 was one of the closest hotels near the venue. The rooms were immaculate! We were greeted at the square by Pierluigi, who helped me carry up my extremely heavy suitcase up to the hotel. It is a walk up, but nothing too difficult - our 65+ yr old family members were able to bring their bags up as well on their own. I believe there is a porter service (separate from the hotels) but I am not 100% sure on this and not absolutely necessary if you are relatively healthy. It is an up and down to get from the main square to this hotel, but that was not an issue for us as most of Ravello is stairs / elevation changes. We had room service each morning, and she was a gem. So polite and sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. There is coffee & tea in the rooms as well as waters which we appreciated. The garden in the back is beautiful and there are some friendly cats back there! If traveling for a wedding I would 100% recommend booking all 4 rooms as it was a joy getting ready together with family and our doors open! It was so homey. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Yes there is air conditioning! Works amazing. We booked 3 rooms. 2 had super strong steamers, 1 had an iron. All three rooms had large bathrooms. Hangers are provided in the room, so very helpful for our dresses & tuxedos. Not a bad thing to say about this stay. One of our favorites during our trip, and it was difficult to leave.

Great hospitality: the hosts are very nice and welcoming, even with the language barrier. Very quiet location, at the top part of Ravello (Monte), out of the commercial area. Parking is an issue there, we paid additional 25€ per day for that, but that’s acceptable and was pre-communicated. Room is rehabbed with everything new. The view from The breakfast roof is very beautiful. The atmosphere is very calm. Good value per cost.

What an amazing place! Nestled in the heart of Ravello, this hotel offers the perfect balance between convenience and peaceful retreat. The location is unbeatable—right in the center, yet incredibly quiet and serene. Daniele is an exceptional host—warm, welcoming and always ready with insider tips that made my stay special. His genuine care and thoughtful support made me feel more like a welcomed guest than just a visitor. The room was simply stunning, easily one of the most beautiful rooms I've ever stayed in—beautifully designed to the detail, spotlessly clean and offering every comfort I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The water pressure and temperature were perfect (a rare find!) and all modern amenities were available, including a full range of TV channels. Daniele went above and beyond, offering local recommendations and even providing clear directions for my next destination. His hospitality truly made a difference. This isn't just a place to stay—it's an experience. I left with a full heart and no doubt that I'll be back. If you're coming to Ravello, don't hesitate—this is where you need to stay!

Great hosts! The apartments are wonderful, very clean and new, everything is done with care! And the view is simply divine from the apartment!

We made last minute reservation on a winter night and Gerardo met us at the entrance, was very friendly and explained in detail what we needed to know. Bed very comfortable, bathroom clean and modern. Breakfast was made for us on time early in the morning. Place is quiet and has a reserved garden surrounded by orange trees, a few steps from main square. WiFi works great. Thank you Gerardo

Clean, wonderful host and responsive

Perfect location and accommodations.

The hotel was located between several key sites. It made it easy to visit other locations. The hotel staff was friendly and assisted us with the information we needed to tailor our visits to the other sites.

The hotel is conveniently located in an ancient building near the Dome. Bus station and the port are minutes away, so are many restaurants. Our room was very clean and very comfortable with a kitchen and a small patio.
