Delightful villa, beautifully furnished, quiet neighbourhood but an easy 15 min walk into the ravishingly lovely historic town centre. Monica was charming, helpful, kind and provided the best breakfast we have been offered in a private house. A feast! And optional encounters with the beautiful dogs were a bonus.

    Staying at the Ginko Guesthouse was an absolutely great experience. Everything about this property is amazing, the room was spacious, spotless clean and comes with a big, very clean and stylish bathroom. Breakfast is made fresh and leaves no desires open. The owner is super friendly, helpful and well traveld, so he knows of the importance of a good nights rest. We can highly recommend this place for your stay and look forward coming back as well.     The room was renovated in 2020 so everything is quite new. There is a small fridge in the room so we could have cold drinks every day. The host is the nicest person we met. Breakfast is excellent and a bit different every day. There are multiple parking spots so even a big car will fit.

    Ennio and his wife are very welcoming and offer an authentic Italian experience. The breakfast was amazing. In 20 years of travelling the world this was the very best. The house was quiet and comfortable. A perfect holiday by the sea side.

    Beautiful, peaceful B&B in an old manor house renovated with charm and care. Spacious family room, with very good beds/pillows, quiet air conditioning and mosquito nets on all windows. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful, relaxing garden. Excellent breakfast. Very kind owner. A great option for exploring the area or overnight stay.

    Very nice and well kept place. Ennio and his wife are really nice hosts and the breakfast is the nicest ever. He is an enthusiast of the attractions of Friuli, so trust on him to get tips. Very comfortable beds.

    The Ginko Guest House is located in a quiet neighborhood. The host and his wife welcomed us very warmly and took care of every wish. The Guest House has a beautiful garden and the rooms are air-conditioned and clean. The building has its own charm, since it was built 100 years ago. But the rooms are newly renovated and well equipped. The host and his wife prepared a delicious breakfast with eggs, ham, cake, brioche etc. In about 25 min, you can get to Lignano by car which is a more quiet beach then its neighbor Bibione.
