We had a very nice and spacious family room on the first floor, with a beautiful bathroom. We enjoyed the peaceful location, the pool and the view on the mountains from the pool area. There was a wide choice of savoury and sweet foods for breakfast and great coffee. We loved the freshly baked bread and croissants as well as the chocolate pie. The host Rossana was lovely. She was very helpful and spoke English. She recommended places to visit and restaurants and helped with anything we asked. The B&B is next to a horse training area which added to the charm.
Boasting a spa bath, A 20 Passi... Is set in Rocca Imperiale. Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking guest house has a hot tub. The spacious guest house has a flat-screen TV.

The best part of our stay here was enjoying delicious and abundant freshly home-baked breakfast in the sun, on the town square, right under the castle, with spectacular views.
We loved the castle, and the charming historical borgo village around it, with its narrow, steep streets, and many cats. It also looks great from a distance, on a calancho-hill, towering over surrounding valleys. At night it kinda looks like a lit christmas tree. We found a small shop and several restaurants in the village, we tried Casa Incantata restaurant, and highly recommend it! It was the best dinner we had on our trip in south Italy.
There are other nice sites a short car ride away, such as beaches, sandhills, historical villages, another castle, etc. The spacious mansion itself is a beautiful historical building with 2 floors and 2 entrances, a very pretty interior, open kitchen, a nice big hearth, and comfortable mattresses.
The hostess was kind and spoiled us with her unbeatable breakfast every day.
We highly recommend this accommodation, and hope to return here some day.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
