Beautiful location and views. Very friendly hosts! Breakfast was nice - great cornetti and coffee. Located just outside of the Centro Teodoro, with a quick 5-10 min walk to get to the action.

I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. The ladies running this property wer extremely KIND! They did not speak much English but between our basic Italian and their level of English, we managed just fine. The room was modern and decorated so well! Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked extremely well. The bathroom included a standing shower was was large. The was space in the shower to put out all our toiletries. The water pressure was very good but the hot water varied depending on if there were other people showing in other rooms. The bathroom came equipped with a good blow dryer with a concentrator if you want to straighten your hair. The last time cation of this property is away from the city but it as so quiet and was close to many beautiful beaches with a short drive. The staff was kind enough to provide us with towels and mats for the beach. Th breakfast was spectacular! Provided in the outdoor garden. Rita made us cappuccinos every morning along with paninos with ham, cheese and eggs. Parties, croissants, fresh fruit and yogurt was also provided.
